Marl M. Cummings, III – President
Marl Cummings III, is president of Cummings & Associates, Inc. and a lifelong resident of Mobile Alabama. He graduated in 1976 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. After two years of working in the banking industry Marl turned his interest to the real estate field. In this time his focus has been on strip center developments and management along with commercial lease brokerage. He’s an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), past president of the Mobile Commercial Exchange club and is highly active in wildlife preservation. In his personal time Marl is a proud husband, father and grandfather who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Marl M. Cummings, IV – Associate Broker, Vice President
Marl Cummings, IV is a native Mobilian and a 3rd generation real estate Broker. Marl received a BA from the University of Mississippi and started his real estate career in January 2002. His skills include commercial leasing, sales, property management, marketing, and contract negotiations. Marl has personally overseen the development and redevelopment of several retail properties in the greater Mobile area. He is a member of the Mobile Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Alabama Association of Realtors, and the Mobile Commercial Exchange Club. A leader in the community, Cummings has served as President of the Lions Club of Mobile, President of the Lions USA Eyesight Research Foundation, Director of the Alabama Wildlife Foundation, and Director of Mobile County Wildlife Conservation Association. Outside of the office, Marl enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing.
H. Burton Clark – Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing
Burton Clark is a native Mobilian and a graduate of the University of Virginia with an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He has worked in real estate brokerage and development since graduating, working with Cummings and Associates for the past 25+ years. His outside interests include tennis and golf.
Matthew R. Cummings – Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing, Property Management
Matthew R. Cummings is a 1989 graduate of Spring Hill College with a Bachelor of Arts. He has held an Alabama Real Estate License since 1995 along with a Broker License since 2002. Matthew focuses on property management, commercial sales and tenant representation. In his personal time he is a proud husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family.
Andrew McDonald – Commercial Sales and Commercial Leasing
Andrew is a native to Mobile and had 8 years’ combined experience in both Residential and Commercial Leasing, Sales and Property Management. Currently he focuses solely on Commercial Leasing, Sales, and Property Management. Andrew attended The University of Alabama and started his real estate career in 2015. He has real estate brokerage experience in a wide variety of markets across the U.S. In his spare time Andrew enjoys spending time on Mobile Bay, running, fly fishing and spending time with family.
Julie A. Bunch – Bookkeeper
Julie has been with us since February 2009 and has over 30 years of accounting experience from corporate to family owned companies. Outside of the office Julie enjoys traveling with friends and spending time with her children and grandsons.
